Siskin Projects Private Limited was incorporated in 2025 as the dedicated real estate development arm of Singh Construction Group. We're early in our journey as a standalone developer — but the people running Siskin have spent decades building, managing, and delivering construction projects under the Group. We're applying that hands-on experience to our first residential and commercial developments.

The People Behind Siskin
Every person on this team has been with Singh Construction Group well before Siskin Projects existed.
Co-founded Singh Construction Group in 1998. 27 years in construction and facilities management, with international education in Australia. Now leads Siskin Projects' move from contracting into development.
Co-founded the Group alongside Mr. Daljeet Singh. 22 years of hands-on construction experience, overseeing quality from conceptualisation through final delivery on every Group project.
Joined the Group to lead project procurement. Now applies the same negotiation discipline to sourcing land and materials for Siskin's first developments.
Qualified Chartered Accountant who built out the Group's financial function. Now setting up Siskin's governance and reporting structure from the ground up.
Associate Member of ICSI. Leading Siskin's compliance setup from incorporation onward, including RERA filing currently in progress for our first project.
